Sometimes I unwittingly pass over good remixes because of bad or boring intros.

Case in point:
Estelle - Wait a Minute (Just a Touch) (Count of Monte Cristal and Sinden Remix)

They usually do top notch remixes. Only annoyance is the It Takes Two sample they use in so many fucking remixes - "woo! yeah! woo! yeah!" Is that It Takes Two or did they sample someone for that?

Anyhow, its not stellar, but still dancefloor bangin.

Pre my electro explosion/implosion, I was really into indie pop. I still am, just, not as often. I still have my love for Of Montreal, despite their winning "Gayest Album of the Year:" Skeletal Lamping. I am not even kidding, that album is gay in many senses. Just not the happy one. Any album that has a song that starts out with "I'm so siiiick of suckin a diiiick" wins Gayest Album in my book.

Back before Kevin Barnes got all wannabe gay (or Fauxmosexual per Boys and Girls Guide to Getting Down), he was only slightly ambiguously gay. Maybe in the cutely bi-curious way. And he wrote albums as good as Coquelicot, Aldhils, or The Bedside Drama.

a) I don't think I am special because I think about 99% of the electro community knows it is pronounced Masterkraft. b)I thought it was something humorous to share on my blog. If you don't like it don't read it. If I was holding it over someone's head I would have corrected them when they said it. c)What the fuck does Alternative Press know? They know shit about electro. Seriously, AP?

Anyhow, I like that I am at least getting some traffic, even if it is just a troll. Maybe this means I'll actually start posting MP3s? Maybe. I just didn't see the point before, because that alone won't get me onto hypem. What's the point of getting on hypem anyhow? It's fucking saturated with bloghouse. I am nothing special, what I am writing about is nothing new.
